Custom Furniture Orders
We offer tailored furniture solutions including customized dimensions, fabrics, finishes, and designs. Once customized furniture enters production, cancellation, return, exchange, or refund options may be limited.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, photography, product designs, graphics, and text, belongs to LUKS Luxury Interiors. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
LUKS Luxury Interiors provides dedicated furniture delivery services across Pakistan, subject to location, access conditions, and order specifications.
Delivery Charges & Timelines
Delivery charges depend on location, product size, quantity, and installation requirements. Any applicable fees are communicated prior to order confirmation.
- Ready-Made Collections: Dispatched upon order verification.
- Customized Furniture: Requires tailored production timelines based on material sourcing, fabric choices, and design complexity. Estimated lead times are confirmed during consultation.
Delivery & Inspection Requirements
Customers must ensure the delivery venue is physically accessible for large furniture items. Upon arrival, customers are encouraged to inspect products and report any visible transit issues immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to deliver exceptional craftsmanship. A return or exchange request may be considered under specific circumstances:
- Delivery of an incorrect item
- Confirmed manufacturing defects
- Deviation from confirmed order specifications
- Damage incurred during transit
Customized Furniture Exclusions
Because customized products are crafted to bespoke personal preferences (custom dimensions, specific fabrics, unique finishes), they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error occurs.
Submitting a Request
Customers must contact support with their order number, detailed description, and supporting photo/video evidence. Returned items damaged through customer misuse or unauthorized modifications will not qualify for exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may enter production shortly after confirmation. Cancellation eligibility depends on the current stage of order fulfillment:
- Before Production: Requests received before material procurement or manufacturing begins may be processed according to standard order terms.
- After Production Starts: Customized items cannot be cancelled once raw materials are cut, or production has commenced. Advance deposits may be retained to cover material costs.
Warranty Policy
Selected LUKS Luxury Interiors centerpieces are covered under a structural warranty covering defects in materials or structural craftsmanship under normal residential use.
What Is Excluded
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to extreme moisture/heat, customer-arranged transport damage, or natural organic shifts in solid wood and upholstery fabrics over time.
Payment Policy
Orders are officially confirmed once required payment milestones are verified.
- Standard Orders: Accepted via eligible payment methods communicated during checkout.
- Customized & Made-To-Order: Require an advance deposit prior to initiating manufacturing, material cutting, and frame assembly.
Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated in accordance with our Return, Cancellation, and Warranty policies. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method or an agreed alternative within standard processing windows.
Please note that delivery, handling, and custom installation charges are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
